Okay, Okay OKAY !!
I'm still hooked up at work, but it won't last much longer and I'll be back boring your socks off.
But I do have some stuff to share.

Yeah I know,,,way behind. In case you don't know,,, I been working six days a week for the last 5 or 6 weeks,,,,,well almost. I did take 3 days off for Josh and Lauren's wedding,,,,well kinda sorta.

Thursday,my first day off (after working all night) I went to Rogers with Josh to pick up the tuxedos.
And had a wonderful lunch with him and Lauren at "Famous Daves"
(yeah, I'd never heard of him either) but it was really good.
Then came home and spent most of what was left of the day,,,,sleeping.
The second day,,,I went to work 5 hours (in OMGdaylight)to get my annual,,
which should be bi-annual,,MSHA refresher.
(That's Mine Safety & Health Administration)
And no,,,I don't work in a mine.
Then came home and took a short nap, and went to the wedding rehersal and rehersal dinner. (Yummie!!)
Then back home to sleep somemore,,,which kinda wasn't much. You would of thought I was getting married or something. I think I saw every hour on the clock.
On Saturday,I started moving early,,,like 4am early.
It takes me a couple of hours just for my brain to trick my body into doing something these days.
Washed the car,,,which if I would of waited,,,would have been done by Mother Nature.
But really it needed a good scrubbing and the inside wiped down.
Got the car done then started working on myself, that's where I really worked up a sweat.
Is it just me or do all guys have a problemgetting a close shave ?
I shaved three different ways and could still find stubble when I got done. Grrrrr
Just so you know,,,I'm a blue jeans guy,,,I like them over sized or stretchable jeans.
Or shorts, denim or jersey type.
So it was quite a challenge cramming this old body into a penguin suit. The shirt had shrunk 2 sizes after being washed (or I gained 10 pounds, maybe a little of both)
I'm a sandal type of guy, something with straps over the toes and around the ankle, or steel toed boots....So of course the black leather shoes were a little uncomfortable. It was funny tho, about half way thru the afternoon, I felt something funny in my shoe. I thought it was a extra shoelace, It didn't hurt, I could just tell it was there. When I got home and took my shoes off, expecting to find a extra shoelace,
I found the small plastic hanger from the socks the lady gave me when I was trying on shoes.
Oh yes, that's going to come in handy,,,I always hang my socks up. *Heavy Sigh*
But we finally got it all together, even got there on time.The lovely Mrs. Schook (Jean) pinned a pretty boutineer onto my lapel. As we stood in the door way, waiting for our turn to walk down the aisle, Mr. Schook (David) straightened my collar and patted me on the back. *Thank you*
The Groom was handsome and the Bride was beautiful.
And yes I know I left the photgraphers watermark on the pic.
And rightly so, it's well deserved. Charlene worked hard and did a wonderful job.
I can hardly wait to see the rest of the pics.

It couldn't have been any better. Had a wonderful time, gained a wonderful daughter-inlaw,
gained some wonderful friends in the rest of her family. Life is good !!
