Yeah it's Monday, Get back to work *Updated*

It's another beautiful day !!
Day #2,,,Hump Day Baby !!
Kind of a slow day, rolled out of bed about 2 pm,,,yep I'm lazy like that.
Went outside and mowed half the yard, came in and ate some Mexican Chicken the Queen had cooked up.

Hey ! Do ya know  most Mexican food recipies start off.....
#1.Steal a chicken and don't get caught. hehe

Most bachelor recipies start off.....
#1. Find a clean pot.

The Queen's most favorite recipie starts off....
#1. Get in the car     =)

Princess turned us on to the Mexican Chicken,,,,maybe she'll post the recipie for us.

I was surfing around some of the blogs today and ran across a couple worth sharing.

Hope you enjoy them...

  1. Mexican Chicken Recipe
You'll need: Boneless, skinless chicken fillets
    Plain corn tortilla chips
A can of cream of chicken, cream
of mushroom, and a small can of
    rotel
    Mexican Cheese
    A Pyrex pan
    A mixing bowl
You'll start: Boiling the chicken fillets till
they're cooked all the way. (They
    will be white)
Turn off your stove and turn on
your oven. Set it to 350*
Cut you chicken into cubes while
    your stove is warming up
Then you'll: Line you Pyrex pan with you corn
    chips, add your (cubed chicken)
on top of your chips. *Keep in
    mind that you doing layers*
Grab your mixing bowl and put your
    cream of chicken, cream of
mushroom Leave the soups as is
and (half the can of Rotel)
If you add the whole can of
Rotel, it's gonna be too spicy!!
Try to pour the majority of the
Rotel juice down the drain. If
you still have some left, that ok.
It'll make the mixing of the soups
    easier
Mix these: Then put it on top of your (cubed
    chicken
Next: Add the whole bag of Mexican
    Cheese
Stick it in the oven, let it warm
up for about 20 to 30 minutes
If you see the cheese seeping
through the soups it's all good
Finally: Take it out of the oven and let it
set for a couple of minutes
You don't wanna scald your mouth
Good luck to all and I hope that you are able to
enjoy it as much as the King does.
P.S. Don't forget to turn off your oven when through:)
