Your Only Limits Are In Your Own Mind

Sitting here listening to Oprah,,actually no,,,I'm listening to Jamie Oliver talking about his mission on Oprah.He's talking about a food revolution !!   He's right,,it's time for a change. You rock Jamie !! Git-R-Done !!

I can remember my mom and dad telling me,,,"The only limits you have ,,,are only in your mind".
And that's been pretty much true,,,I've done dern near everything I set my mind to doing,,,,
Well except that time when I was 6 years old and climbed to the top of a six foot step ladder that was sitting in the back yard.
I was standing on the top of it,,,the breeze blowing my Superman cape out straight from my body,,ahhh
I can almost smell the honeysuckle again....it felt so good I thought I could fly,,,,my buddy Eddie (the) Fink said,,,,,"do it,,,,,fly around some,,,I want to see".
So I did,, I jumped off that ladder and flew,,,I flew up and down and around,,,,,,,,,,
And crashed and burned,,,,,I was doing pretty good till I got my top lip hung on the clothesline wire.
Then all the fun was over.
My lip swelled up like a set of those wax lips the kids get around Halloween.
Being a super hero is rough business,,,,,that's why I gave it up,,,after getting my cape caught in,,,,,,,
(that's a story for another day)


Yeah, it's time for changes,,,big,,,HUGE changes,If you're able,,,get up off your butt and go register to vote.

OO OO !! I remember why I forgot to post yesterday !! 20 free Indie songs for facebook fans of itunes !! It took forrrrever for them to load !!

 I was buying songs from WalMart,,,then Josh introduced me to itunes. (and no,,,you don't have to own a mac,ipod,or iphone,,,or anything apple for that matter)

Out of the 20 free songs,,I like maybe 10 of them,,,some could of been done on better equipment and been awesome. Some of the other 10,,I'm sure somebody around here will like.

But hey,,,we all got to start somewhere,,,and if I was one of the artists,,,who's music was given away free at itunes,,,I would consider that a blessing.



Here's somebody who will blow you away. I love this guy, talk about somebody with "No Limits".
